Hello, I am Chris Wales of The Cleaning Network, and we recently cleaned for you. I want you to be super pleased - in fact, absolutely delighted - with every carpet, upholstery, area rug cleaning we preform.  I completely guarantee my work and if for any reason you are not 100% thrilled, please call me and let me know and I will do whatever I can make you happy.
Now with that said, I want you to rate my company. Let me, and others, know how I've done. Have we gone out of our way to accomodate you, did we remove a stubborn stain that other companies left behind, did we show up on time, with a smile and treat you with respect?
Well let others know so that they can feel comfortable, and get to know us before they hire us. Many of you were referred by friends and reletaves and knew a little about me before you hired me.
You already felt comfortable letting me into your home for the free inspection. I took the time to understand your cleaning needs. I made sure I explained the process and that you understood and what would be involved. I showed you the pricing options you had available without pressure or obligation of any kind. I also suggested what I would do if it were my home, and no I do not always suggest the most espensive option. I also made sure that you were comfortable and agreed with the price.
When the work was completed, I pointed out how great the carpets and upholstery looked and smelled. I went over the job with you explaining any difficulties that we may have had and explained how to keep your carpets looking great between cleanings.
There are some people out there that do not know who to call for carpet cleaning. They know there are a lot of untrustworthy carpet cleaners out there and do not know if they can trust me.
